Josy Cash is a Board-Certified Nurse Anesthetist, APRN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector and the founder and owner of The Cosmetic Clinic located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Josy has worked in the medical field for over 13 years and has acquired expertise in acute critical care, anesthesiology, facial aesthetics and spends countless hours staying up to date on the latest injection techniques and safety guidelines in facial aesthetics.

Josy’s artistic eye, love of art and medical background have lead to her passion for facial aesthetics, cosmetic injectables and IV Wellness. Josy opened The Cosmetic Clinic for clients to feel their aesthetic and wellness concerns are heard and to offer a place for men and women to feel comfortable addressing any aesthetic needs. Josy says, “Why not age gracefully with safe, FDA approved cosmetic injectables or treatments that boost our self-confidence and make us feel good? Josy continues to provide anesthesia to surgical patients at a large medical institution in New York City. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is a member of The American Academy of Nurse Anesthetists, American Med Spa Association and The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. Josy’s advanced medical training in acute care has prepared her to advocate for her patient’s best interests and put their health and well-being first.
